At Achieve Twin Cities, we work with schools, employers, government agencies, nonprofits and community leaders to help students explore careers, plan for what comes next and find life-changing opportunities. All of our partnerships share the same goal: helping more young people graduate with a clear path to college, a career and life.
School District Partners
By working closely with school districts, we make sure students get the guidance, resources and opportunities they need to get ready for life after high school.
We partner with school districts to offer career and college advising, career exploration, postsecondary planning, financial aid support and connections to internships and community opportunities. Together, we help students find their strengths, explore their options and make a plan for the future.
Today, we proudly partner with Minneapolis Public Schools, Saint Paul Public Schools and Richfield Public Schools, with opportunities to expand our impact through additional district partnerships in the future.
Our partnerships take many forms, including:

- Strategic collaboration to strengthen career-connected learning
In Minneapolis, we also serve as the district's longtime nonprofit foundation, managing school and department funds, educator mini-grants, college scholarships and major grants that support district priorities.

Each year, we recognize Community Partners whose financial support, volunteer leadership and strategic collaboration help expand opportunities for young people. These organizations strengthen career-connected learning, create meaningful experiences for students and help build a stronger future workforce.
City of Minneapolis
Paid internships can open doors to future careers, and they happen because public, private and nonprofit partners work together.
We partner with the City of Minneapolis to operate the Step Up Pro Youth Employment Program. Together with Twin Cities employers, we help Minneapolis youth gain paid work experience, build professional skills and expand their career opportunities.
Career & College Readiness Partners
Preparing students for life after high school requires many organizations working toward a common goal.
We collaborate with colleges, workforce organizations, employers and career and college readiness providers across the Twin Cities to expand opportunities for students, align strategies and strengthen our collective impact.
We also partner with national organizations, including the National College Attainment Network, to advance evidence-based practices that increase college and credential attainment while helping close opportunity gaps for students from historically underserved communities.
Together, these partnerships create more pathways for students, whether they're pursuing college, apprenticeships, technical training, military service or entering the workforce.
