Services We Provide

We believe every student deserves support as they plan for their future. At our Career & College Centers, students get personalized guidance to explore their interests, build confidence and make plans for what comes next. 

Our centers welcome all 16,000+ students from our 25+ partner high schools, offering one-on-one advising, events and workshops. When schools partner with Achieve, they become part of a comprehensive network of resources, opportunities and connections that help every student take their next step, whether that means college, an apprenticeship, starting a job or following another path.

Our distinct role in the Twin Cities career and college readiness landscape

Achieve Twin Cities is one of many organizations that support high school students in planning for the future, including College Possible, Project Success, Genesys Works, Junior Achievement, TRIO, Gear Up and several others.

Here’s how our work is distinctive:

  • Our career and college readiness coordinators are fully embedded in our partner schools, operating as part of the school team and accessible to students throughout their school day. 
  • Our postsecondary data tracking system allows us to see student progress on future-planning steps in real time, determine next steps and coordinate targeted supports. 
  • We work with all students. No qualifications. No applications. In an Achieve Career & College Center, every student can get the support and guidance they need as they plan for their future.  
  • We support all plans. Whether a student's career path requires college, a certification, an apprenticeship or other preparation, our expert team is ready to help them take the right path to their future.
