Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Nicholas (he/him) has a worked in the field of human services for most of his career, serving as a personal care assistant (PCA), an independent living specialist (ILS) and most recently, a case worker. Some of his greatest professional accomplishments including sheltering a woman suffering from Multiple Sclerosis when she was experiencing homelessness, and saving a client after he had broken his leg.

Nicholas is driven in his work by a strong desire to help people and support their individual paths for growth. He is excited to transition from serving the elderly and disabled to serving our young people in his role as Step Up Youth Services Assistant.
