Haley Wireman-Sobba

Before joining the Achieve team, Haley (she/her/hers) worked within a homeless shelter system, managing their K-12 educational department. In this role she worked with youth, their families and public schools to help students stay and thrive in school. Haley has also worked as a food scientist, specializing in foods specifically targeted for food scarce individuals.

Haley holds a master's degree in educational policy from Drake University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in education with an emphasis on homeless and highly mobile youth education. She earned her B.S. in food science from Kansas State University where she earned a B.S. in food science. 

In addition to her work at Achieve, she teaches yoga and mindfulness to incarcerated youth. In her free time, Haley likes to kayak, cook and host dinner parties, spend time with her Target dogs (bull terriers), read and travel.
