We're partnering with Wallin Education Foundation to help smooth transitions to college

For college-bound students, the weeks between high school graduation and college classes can be an exciting time – but they can also be challenging if students still need to complete final college enrollment tasks. Over the summer, many young people lack the kind of college planning support they received during the school year.

Achieve is teaming up with Wallin Education Partners at South High School and Camden High School to ensure that students who receive Wallin scholarships experience a more seamless transition from high school postsecondary planning into Wallin college programming, including customized support and facilitated hand-offs to Wallin advisors.

Recently, our South Career & College Center coordinators Katie Hanson and Kelsey Massey hosted a workshop for Wallin Scholars to review their financial aid packages, answer questions and ensure that scholars had the one-on-one guidance they need to understand their options and make informed college decisions.
