India (she/her/hers) has been serving Twin Cities youth for nearly 10 years. She began her professional journey as an AmeriCorps member with College Possible. In this capacity she coordinated service events for high school participants, led college planning workshops for 9th and 10th grade students and supported low-income and first-generation college students at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus.

She then began her tenure at the Henry Beacons Boys and Girls Club as a program coordinator and program director, managing academic success, character and leadership, and healthy lifestyles programs. She is excited to continue serving Henry scholars in her new role with Achieve.

India holds a bachelor's degree in child psychology and Spanish studies from the University of Minnesota (Ski-U-Mah) where she was also a student athlete with the women's rugby program.

In her free time, India enjoys coaching athletes, training for marathons, supporting local Twin Cities breweries and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
