Achieve coordinator Kelsey Massey highlights South High healthcare careers support on CareerForce webinar

Achieve coordinator Kelsey Massey presents on CareerForce webinar
Kelsey Massey, one of our career and college readiness coordinators at South High School, shared her expertise on the recent “What’s New with CareerForce” webinar, which connected workforce development organizations and staff from across Minnesota to learn about new resources for employers and job seekers.

CareerForce is a program of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development that provides resources for jobseekers and employers in Minnesota. It's also a key partner with Achieve Twin Cities in the Step Up youth internship program.

Kelsey highlighted South’s Healthcare Club, which partners with Abbott Northwestern Hospital physicians to offer healthcare exploration conversations, guidance and activities for South students, including visits to the hospital’s hands-on simulation lab.

Our thanks to CareerForce, Abbott Northwestern physicians and our other generous career exploration partners for opening doors to such a wide variety of exciting opportunities for our young people!
