After more than a decade in hospitality management and life on the East Coast, Rachel (she/her/hers) recently relocated from New York City to Minneapolis. Joining the Achieve Twin Cities team has been especially meaningful, aligning closely with her professional priorities: fostering a warm and inclusive workplace culture, leading with intentionality and equity, and centering kindness in her work amid an increasingly complex world.

Throughout her career, Rachel has worn many hats—overseeing employee lifecycles, managing vendor and guest relations, leading P&L operations, and stepping in wherever needed. Her professional journey has been dynamic and full of unexpected opportunities, ultimately guiding her toward a focused role in human resources and operations management.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring Three Rivers Parks dog parks with her partner and their Sheepdog, Camembert (like the cheese!), long bike rides, meal prepping, and discovering her next favorite television series.
