Step Up Mock Interviews 2023 - Day 3

Join us to coach and support our Step Up youth participants as they practice their job interview skills in preparation for summer internships. Interns will have just completed their Step Up work readiness training and will be excited to try out their new skills with you.

As a volunteer, you will interview 2-4 interns during your 90-minute slot and provide helpful feedback for strengthening their skills and professional presentation. Before your session begins, the Step Up team will provide a brief orientation and suggested interview questions.

Don’t miss this fun and engaging volunteer opportunity to support our young people and help them prepare for future career success. We welcome individual volunteers as well as company teams.

Note on public health practices and accessibility: The Step Up Mock Interviews are held in a large convention center room with as many as 200 people (volunteers and young people) in the space at the same time.

• Masks are always welcome but are not required. Should you wish to wear a mask, please bring your own mask as they will not be provided.
