Our 2024 resources (below) include a Supervisor Orientation Video that fully introduces supervisors to Achieve College Internships and covers critical elements in developing a productive and high-quality internship experience. Please dedicate time to reviewing this video. You will also find a checklist of items to cover with your intern in their first week, resources outlining tips and strategies for providing feedback to interns, supervisor best practices and more.

Program Templates

We offer a variety of templates that we encourage supervisors to utilize and adapt, including templates for: Intern Work Plans, Check-Ins, Mid-Internship Progress Checks, and End-of-Internship Evaluations. Templates and their use are discussed in the Supervisor Orientation Video.
